We Take Your Happiness Seriously

Your opinions matter to us. Whether it’s a suggestion on how we can make your stay with us better, or if you would just like to pass on a compliment, we want to hear from you. Your honest feedback helps us to continuously improve and create even better communities for you to live in. Steven Scott utilizes Satisfacts, as unbiased 3^rd party resident surveying company, to help us determine where we’re doing well, and where we can improve upon.

So how does SatisFacts work? SatisFacts offers annual satisfaction surveys and feedback systems to residents in order to gain valuable insight into living experiences. The surveys and systems are designed to identify any issues impacting satisfaction, and in response, help us create relevant action and quality assurance plans. In addition, after surveys are completed, instant emails are sent to the appropriate Steven Scott staff to guarantee any problems are addressed and resolved as soon as possible.

Steven Scott Goes Green – Sustainability Initiatives

Who needs a dream team when you have a Green Team? In 2009, Steven Scott formed a Green Team consisting of a cross section of Steven Scott employees. The team’s goal was to develop company-wide green standards for all of us to adhere to.
